Steve Titsworth – Owner & General Contractor

An island resident since 1980, Steve’s love of building began while growing up as the son of a masonry contractor in Wood River, Ill. It was there that he also gained his dependable Midwest work ethic while working on the family farm where they raised grain, cattle and hogs. This instilled combination is what Steve has brought to the building profession for more than two decades – even from day one as the hands-on leader of his own carpentry and masonry business.

Since then, Steve has succeeded in many positions of leadership throughout his career in custom single family home construction, commercial construction, remodeling, and residential development: owner of T-N-T Construction Co.; vice president of Bowyer and Titsworth Management Co.; owner of Steve Titsworth General Contractor; vice president and owner of Homes of Distinction by DooleyMack LLC; and most recently as president and owner of Shoreline Builders of Southwest Florida.

Of special note is his role with Bowyer and Associates when Steve facilitated the site development and oversaw the infrastructure and vertical construction of two Longboat Key developments: Corey’s Landing, a 22-acre development featuring 59 single-family homes, and Regents Court, a 12-acre development featuring ## exclusive custom homes.

Steve is a Florida State Certified General Contractor (Lic. CGC037613). He has also served on the Florida Homebuilders Association State Directors Board in 1999, 2000 and 2001, as well as the Therma Tru Doors Builder Advisory Panel in 2000.

But more than his knowledge and experience, Steve has passion. A passion for quality that exceeds some of his most discerning clients. And passion for building relationships with both those he works for and with that goes back to the farming lifestyle where neighbors are treated like friends.

Judy Titsworth - Design Consultant, Office Manager, Bookkeeper

Judy’s story is truly one telling of the local culture. The city of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island is named after her grandfather, Jack Holmes, for his vision in the development of the 600-acre community. Her father and uncle were both born and raised on the Island, as were Judy and her 5 siblings.  Four generations later, all the siblings and Judy’s parents still reside on Holmes Beach. In fact, her parents still live in her childhood bay-front home where Judy fondly remembers playing with the family chickens, fishing and swimming in the bay, and climbing trees. Once married, they bought a house just three houses down from where Judy grew up, and together they’re raising their children to experience the same childhood memories as she did.

Judy’s father continued in her grandfather’s footsteps with his own construction and development business, and this is where Judy gained her building knowledge and experience. Throughout her 30-year career, she has been actively involved with nearly every facet of the industry, including purchasing, scheduling, real estate sales, product sales, client relations, showroom display and design, and model home design and furnishing. Of highlight are her supervisory and client relations positions with Dooley Mack when she managed homebuyer upgrades and purchasing for a $23 Million luxury condominium project on Longboat Key. Most recently Judy began offering design consultancy services through Shoreline Builders for a developer of a high-end fractional ownership condominiums in Holmes Beach. In this role, she handles the selection of all interior and exterior specifications and the procurement of all of the interior and exterior furnishings and accessories.
