Built on Heart… & History

Shoreline Builders’ founders Steve and Judy Titsworth build where their own home and hearts are: Anna Maria Island on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Their history is there, too. Steve is a 30-year resident, and Judy is a Florida native. In fact, she’s of the Holmes family, for which Anna Maria Island’s Holmes Beach is named.

With this history, it was only natural to make the quaint island community the home of Shoreline Builders of Southwest Florida. But while the focus has long been on these island communities in Manatee and nearby Sarasota Counties, the custom builder’s reach extends along much Florida’s west coast, from Tampa to as far south as Key West.
