Shoreline Builders of Southwest Florida is a family-owned and operated luxury custom builder serving Florida’s Gulf Coast from Anna Maria Island to the Florida Keys.

Through the Years…

Shoreline’s owners Steve and Judy Titsworth came from families deeply rooted in the construction industry and knew first-hand what it takes to succeed. So, to provide the level of service, efficiency and quality they were accustomed to – and knew would be successful – they founded TNT Construction in 1983. TNT brought together the best of Manatee and Sarasota Counties’ structural tradesmen to assist the area’s general contractors and developers with true “layout-to-lintel” services.

TNT Construction grew into Steve Titsworth General Contractor 1986 after Steve earned his general contracting license. STGC specialized in the construction of distinctive single-family residences, selective renovations and both new and existing commercial construction.

The company further expanded its offerings in 2003 through a joint venture. Homes of Distinction by DooleyMack specialized in high-end, luxury construction projects.

Today…

2007 brought the most recent shift when Steve and Judy decided to go back to their roots with Shoreline Builders. And today, the Anna Maria-based builder provides beautiful custom and speculative single-family homes, select multi-family projects and residential development. All with a lifetime of knowledge, a commitment that goes well beyond that of just a job, a local’s keen attention to detail, and a casual, inviting feel you get with a good friend.
